basically you need to know the on-going prices for what you want, then based on that to determine if the auction (or Buy Now) items are of good value comparing to the similar trips that you can purchase via regular channel.

Pay attention to the minimum tax and fee at the bottom of the page - those are additional items that will be added to your successful bid. So you need to factor that in to come up with your total cost.

Bottom line, you must have a basic idea about the costs elsewhere before you can determine if such are bargains.
