This is a place I definitely like to revisit next time in LA. My last visit to Getty Image was cut short by the traffic jam. And a few hours didn't give me enough time to see all the galleries. I'd like to visit their other location too on the coast (I believe it just finished remodeling).

Really like their customer service. When I rushed through the tour, the lady upstairs phoned downstais and asked the CS lady to check on my cab and hold my cab for me. When I arrived downstairs, the lady downstairs greeted me at the trolley terminal and told me about the cab status. She insisted that I stay under her umbrella so that me and my luggage won't get wet (was on my way to the airport). Truly amazing. These are all volunteers and they make you feel special...
