门票is not needed but spend $$$ at restaurants

Just like the name River Walk indicates, it's an area witha river running in the middle and walking streets on both sides of the river. A long the Walk, it's mostly restaurants, many of them high end. It's not a park. It looks nicer at night. I'm sure you can take a boat ride on the river.
