Agree! During Zhou's dying days especially after the last major surgery (13th), he spent most of his time in coma. It was impossible for Zhou to engage in such systematic and clear conversation (remember the exact day of the events?) with his wife Deng.
Some of the contents of the conversation defies logic and history.
Zhou died with Mao's poem under his pillow.
