The author said China is the biggest loser, s/he did not say US is the biggest winner.

In my view, Russia is the biggest winner, they managed to sell surplus military equipment to China for a premium price, everyone else lost something, whether China is the biggest loser I am not sure, at least Mao Junior was killed so we do not have to enjoy the life under his great leadership, as our fellow North Koreans are enjoying now.
