my baby girl is six weeks 4 days. and i had c-section too.
first of all, you have to have good mood in order to have sufficient breast milk. i know this is very hard when you have very little sleep. but at least try to relax. (whenever i have the chance, i will lie flat on bed, with ALL my muscles relax--this is life saving to me during the first few weeks)
regarding spitting up, i found this from the book "what to expect-the first year":
there is no sure cures for spitting up but u can try minimise it : don't feed her when she is crying; keep her as upright as possible while feeding and for a while afterward; avoid bouncing her around while she's eating or just afterward (if possible, strap her in a baby seat or stroller for a while after feeding). and don't forget to burp her during a meal, instead of waiting until the end of the meal, when one big bubble may bring up the works.
hope this is helpful to you.
