You will have so many jobs in your life and you will always be a replacable part in any organizations, but your children will be only yours. I work in Manhattan and my baby came only 6 months after I graduated with this highly-competed-for job, and now I am leaving it for my baby because working for 100 hours a week was too much. My baby has changed our career plans, finance, and life tremendously. It was a very stressful and painful decision, but I chose my baby over a job. I am so happy with it!
Think about the face of your baby - you do not want to miss him/her. S/he is yours, your most precious little one, and unique and not replacable by any of his/her future siblings. It should not be too hard to handle in a school environment. Good Luck!
