will there be any sign of denial of I-140 online?

I-140 RD on 9/2005,
then transfered to NSC 05/2006,
RFE in 08/2006,
RFE received 11/2006, no online LUD.

Is there any sign for a denial, for example, LUD etc, or just a written notice? Please help, really worried. I has been 15 mo. The online status may not change, but will there be any LUD?
