当他递I-485时, 我如果是TN, 能做为dependent 一起报吗?
I think you can. 485 does not care whether or not you are TN
2. 如果他的140 批了,递完I-485后, 我也能申请工卡吗? 这样我就不需要H-1或TN了,对吗?
Yes. But it may be good to keep H1 in case of 485 is denied.
