Was that F1 out of campus employment an authorized work or illegal work? If illegal and you were brought to INS to finger print and photographed, you should have stated that in your I-485 arrest history.
Being a citizen's spouse, the problem you have now is not the illegal work (even if it was unauthorized), but you hide this history in your application. Still a truthful marriage might still make the officer to let it slide. It depends on the officer.
