You can only contact the senator of the state you stay and representative (Congressman) of the discrict that you live. Here is the website. It tell you how to search the senator and congressman. http://unitefamilies.org/action/
I contact one senator and one congressman. Both of them can help you. Personally I prefer contacting demoncrats beccause most of them are more friendly with immigration issue, but it also depends on their personal experience.
