NIW and job change 再探讨

Background: 140 approved and 485 pending (NIW)and wish to change jobs from university to company.
Issue: How does NIW define "working in a same field?" I am working in cancer research in biomedicine when I ted my 140, Does it mean any new jobs would be fine as long as in Biomedicine or must be cancer related? What will be the consequence if I switch to a non-cancer related biomedical job?
