My case was reopened today

I asked several time about file motion to reopen my I-485. I went to the local office. The people there were very nice. My boss was the major talker. The lady who helped me said they should give me several weeks to receive the letter for the interview. ( I didn't go to the interview and I-485 was denied) She show the envelope that the letter was sent to me ( there is date on it when it was mailed) to the supervisor. There was only one week between the date of send the letter and the interviewind day.The supervisor was a BITCH. I can tell she wanted to blame on me that I should not leave my working address. But she reopen my case today. My boss said she would not bring the letter in the original envelope. So don't be panic if you have the same situation.
