my boss is nice. I keep on working during that 2 weeks, I can not get salary legally. but he will pay me as bonus after I get my new card.

I know if you work in companies, they will not do things this way.

BTW, I just check, my gap is only about 0ne week, not two weeks.

But these mistakes are caused by USCIS, not us.
