need help from experts

I am a Canadian citizen. I have been denied to enter the US once because I didn't bring my I94 with me after the officer found I live in the US. I re-entered the US after I brought my I94(H1B) with me.
My question is,
1. Will this record affect my 485 application?
2. I will go back to China next year, will the officer refuse to let me come back to US?
