请教Xiaobaitu,Radiology等专家，有关switch back to H1b from EAD(4

有关switch back to H1b from EAD(485):

I am on EAD now, but my 485 have big problems and is likely to get denied. So I want to switch back to H1b next year.

But if I go to Mexico next June to get my H1b which will be effective from Oct 2007, then do I need to wait outside US until 10 days before Oct?

I heard it is not allowed to enter US on a future H1b too early. If that is true, I will need to come back still on AP, but would it automatically invalid my newly approved H1b?

Because of the limit of H1b quota, I guess I would have to apply for H1b much earlier than its effective date (before July next year).

I am really concerned about this problems, and don't know whether to use EAD now and switch back to H1b is still doable when H1b quota is so tight.

Can experts here give me any thoughts?
