You can stay in USA with I-485 pending, but....

You can stay in USA with your EB1 I-485 pending. However, your status will change to I-485 pending. If your Eb1 denied, you will lose everything. Of course, if your PD is current for your NIW, you might transfer your I485 to your approved NIW. But if your Eb1 denied before it, you must leave USA to apply another H1.
