急：H4 未延过期，回国签证

我的LG和儿子的情况在旧贴说了：律师在给我办理H1延期时没有同时给我LG和儿子申请H4的延期，结果到2006年2月12日他们就到期了，而我们到五月才发现问题，重新找律师递交了材料，但直到今天都没有被prove, 律师建议回国签证。

请问xiaobaitu和其他大侠，What's CLEAR H4 STATUS FIRST?
我的LG和儿子今天已回国，我算了一下从2月12日起，到8月11日是180天。我担心签证官一看我的LG的case,想都不想，就认为已经超过了180天 and deny them。因为他们去签证的时候已经过了8月11日。还有需不需要交I539当交材料的时候？对签证大家有什么好建议。Thanks in advance.
