if i do h-1 transfer, i can start new job right after i receive receipt, but for new h-1 application, i have to wait until it gets approved. because i am going to niw soon, and i have to change job around may next year, so i do not want to look for new job so soon, i want to start to look for a new job around december and i do not know whether i have enough time to get a new h-1 approved in 3 months. thanks,
