My J1 visa expiration in Oct 20 2006( the period is 1 year, M entries; this M is actually multiple entries) . I will back to China in the next month and return to USA about in the September.

My DS-2019 form for expiration is up to 2008 .

How to do for J2 holder apply the F1 visa for studying?
