PD colum is blank on the 485 receipt, is it normal?

I got 485 receipt recently, on the receipt, there is a colum for PD. It is empty. Is it normal? Does anyone has their 485 receipt with PD coulm blank? (we had early 2002 PD through LC)

another question is: if my 485 is in TSC, does it means my 140 in TSC too? (we submit 140/485 together and sent to NSC)
