I140 Status Change

Does anyone know, or anyone have the some experience, please share:

After I140 filed, the status said:

Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on May 5, 2006. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. It is taking 150 to 180 days to ....

and today the status changed to:

Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on May 5, 2006. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.

They just took away the 150 to 180 days and instead putting estimates there.

Does it mean they have alreay prcessed my case?
