请小白兔、两分钱及各位高手帮忙

LG在持H4时申请I-140和AP获得批准，2005年6月递的485，10月打的指纹，12月得EAD后工作，现在他要回国办事，请问使用AP回来还是再签H4回来？另外我的H1马上要延期，那么他要不要一起延。H4不能工作，EAD能工作，这两个再一起就糊涂了。
