我们的ＰＤ是７月５日（ＥＢ１Ｂ），是今年１月批的。我老公的Ｈ１今年９月份过
期，我们原想在他的Ｈ１过期前拿到ＧＣ，这样就不需申请Ｈ１延期，但现在又拿
不准。我想知道的是假如老公延他的Ｈ１，我们需要延Ｈ４吗？假如我们不延Ｈ４，
在Ｈ４过期后，如仍然留在这里我们的身份合法吗？谢谢回复！
