EB2/EB3 for I-140 ?

我的RIR 中写的是:

"Minimum Bachelor Degree + Minimum 5 years experience."

实际上我有Master degree (China) + 11 years experience after Master up to now.

我看了I-140表上没有提到是否必须在 Job description 中要求 Master Degree 才可以算是 EB2, 只提到了 申请人要有Master 或等同学历 ( 这肯定是指Bachelor + 5 years).

象我这种情况, 能够以 EB2 来申请I-140 和485 吗?
