I-140/NIW, VSC Approval

I just got an email for my approvalI-140/NIW/VSC. The case is submitted by lawyer at the end of September last year.

Ph.d from China, Physical Chemistry,
current area: Nanotechnology, molecular electronics

300 citation, 32 Journal papers and 15 conference papers

7 reference letters, three from my advisors(two US, one Japan), four independent letters from two US-industry company, one US-university, and one Australia-university.

FP 12-9-05; I-140 10-24-05, 1-27-06, 3-6-06

I hope everyone will get their GC approval finally even if it's a tough time for so long waiting. Anyway, enjoy your life and love your family, your wife and kids.
