Don't think you have the steam to go through Ph. D., so what's the point of continuing. That's issue one.

The problem with MBA is not whether you can make it, but what you can do with it. Examine your trait to see if you are the right person, or you can whip yourselve into such a person. That's issue two.

Check the percentage of internship PSU students got after the first year( and which companies). If the answer is good, then you can go. For you without relevant working experiences, internship is critical for you to secure a job after MBA.
