any other banks that accept the Visa / Mastercard will do.

however, the currency conversion rate is now 3% for most U.S. banks, plus international withdrawal fee - BofA is $3 to $5 per withdrawal, Chase is $5, for example. Citi if you do it at Citi ATM, no withdrawal fee, but still has 3% currency conversion fee.

However, the convenience cannot be beat, so just chalk it up as part of the costs to travel.
