Check Motel 6 arount O'Hare airport area, propably cost lower than $50. And there are other 2 or 3 motels very close to each other at that spot. Do not expected high lodging quality but saving here could be used for your parking in downtown (public parking, $10-16/day).

No train station near this location. Have to drive 20min to get to downtown. Wish not have any traffic jam.
