It seems to me that you are a nice lady and he is a great gentleman. You two can still 象正常同事一样相处 as long as you are not crazy about him and he is not crazy about you, which seems true. You don’t need to tell him or explain to him. As matter of fact, you have nothing to tell or explain to him, nor does he to you. It is not as serious as you are thinking of. Just do your work and say hello to him whenever you two meet. That’s it. You are still very young. You can surely find a very good one later. Good luck.
