possible, if you can satisfy the NIW criteria, such as your field in national interest (not hard for your field), and harder ones such as why you cannot go through LC, why NI is negatively affected if you have to go through LC, your achievements prove that you are among the better half of the people working in your field (much harder when most of the leading people in your field have doctoral degree but you don't),.. You need to answer all those points.
