I totally understand your situation. I also plan to go back to China for a vacation. I haven't gone back since 5/2002. But I'm still waiting for FP notice.It's hard for me to start my trip for home. You can try to take FP ahead your schedule. But I don't think you will be permitted to enter CIS building. You can also reschedule your trip. Money shouldn't be the issue here. You know how hard to play game with CIS.
