If your schedule is so tight, why not focus on one place? I would go to south rim and spend the night there. Sunset and sunrise are the best time to see Grand Canyon. You probably still have some time to stop by Hoover Dam on the 2nd day. Also, Falgstaff, Sedona, and Sunset Crator are kind of along the way which you can stop and visit.
