Here are a few facts:
The shortest distance between Mars and Earth is about 78 million kilometers.
The current spacecraft may reach maximum of 90 km/sec for un-man spacecraft (It may take 1000 second with 10G acceleration to get there though).
Mathematically -- YES. One can get there in 30 years.
Practically, Mars is still an unknown planet. The missions to reach there have high failure probabilities. So far as we know, there is nothing exciting to visit there as a traveler.
Let’s think about Moon Landing Apollo Program. It has been more than 30 years already. Any traveler goes there so far? No on even mention about it.
In practical -- NO. Not you -- as a traveler in 30 years.
However, if you can live long enough, like more than 100 years later. I would never say never.
