DPRK is no way in the same league with China. The PRC is one of the 5 pernament members of UN's security counsel, one of the biggest economies in the world and certainly a country in the rise. North Korea?


*** Soviet Union was also a permanent member of UN's security which did not make it a great country, even if they had sent a man into space ahead of US.
