Liu Feng, a close follower of LIn Piao, was the Air Force Political Commissar (PC) of Wuhan Military Region at the beginning of the Cultural Revolution. Later promoted to PC of Wuhan Military Region succeeded Chung Han-hua. His downfall occurred after 913.
