check out USCIS webpage. download nessary forms.
as long asur employ is willing to provide infomation.
some employers are not willing to do so, they 'd rather hire attornys.

usullay what an attorney does is ask u fill out their forms, then their satff copy ur infomation to formal forms, sometimes, they make mistakes!once ur case is filed to USCIS, it is up to USCIs, not by ur attoney.
so some ppl often ask which attorny is good? if ur case is ordianry one, like Eb2, EB3 etc, no special effort is needed.
