Thank you very much first!

Actually you exactly touched the point. He is very small guy and is only assistant professor and had very poor equipment and I am the only PostDoc. All means to me he has a very low ranking.
He offer me 1 year because he had only got that much money.

So i won't take this offer. You will agree, right??
