使用advanced parole

AP申请批准了。我在申请绿卡的过程中有大约两个月的身份模糊期，很难界定是否“黑”过没有。我的律师没有给我什么实质意见。想问问大家，都没有亲身经历或者听说过。。。有拿了AP在入境时被拒的？
