the best way:
1. ask your boss to sponsor you LC. because you do not have paper, this way may be a safe way. Once your LC got approved, in your case, now it is very fast to get your 140 and 485 concurrently filed approved. please read related reports.
2. at the meanwhile, you may apply NIW by your self or find a lawyer to do this for you.
