H1-B 通过了！（用配额的）

我12月硕士毕业，一月底开始工作。2月2日递的H1B申请，用PREMIEM。一个星期后，被打回要more evidence，同时ISN宣布配额用完，停止办理。两个星期后再递，3月12日approved。好险！by the way, 我的job 在NYC,非高科技工作。
