US regulations extracting finger prints of one entering US territory is applied to anyone. Whether or not it is good policy is arguable. But acussing US of discriminating Chinese is way off mark. Ironically, US, while making this policy, deliberately intended for it for cross-board, not particular countries, in order not to be viewed "discriminating one ethnic group"
