CANADA移民Interview咋回事？

2001年申请加拿大技术移民，当年办完体检并交了登陆费，面试豁免。然后无消息。现接到通知要面见，要求带上驾照，护照，学位证，出生证，结婚证原件。这意味什么？没有出生证只有国内的出生公证可以吗？学位证是否带个最高学位的即可？面见会问什么？请过来人指点，不胜感激。
