Overall, an increase in consumption of 1 cup of coffee per day was associated with a 4% reduced risk of pancreatic cancer (RR, 0.96; 95% CI: 0.90-1.02). Thus, the evidence presented above suggests that coffee intake might prevent pancreatic cancer occurrence in humans.
