国内那种，纯属噱头，没啥用。灵芝类，美国统称为蘑菇。其主要有效成分为beta glucan,（葡聚糖）。

听来的：

过去传统中医，很少用灵芝，但都用陶罐子（近代用玻璃罐）存几株。

碰到大户人家，有绝症的，“锯”一点碾碎，或“木锉”拉下点屑，下药，换金子（真金啊，银子都不好意思给）。

这钱不能乱花，只用于采购新的灵芝，和接济付不起药钱的穷人。

 

这种做法，源于“灵”字。过去认为灵芝集山水之精，草木之灵，多年生品相上佳的称为“芝马”，能跑掉的。

古人记载：“名山生神芝、不死之草。上芝为车马，中芝为人，下芝为六畜”

非常人所及，更非俗人可用。

如今之灵芝，均为人工养植，哪里有天地之灵气。
