网上看到的关于胃癌，我知道的几个都有症状

我知道的：

2个开始是浅表型胃炎，好几年了，没引起重视，好在发现都在早期，手术后就治愈了

我朋友的妹夫，具体情况不清，只听到朋友提起很久以前有过胃出血，后来胃癌晚期，不能手术

我同学爸爸，他们知道有胃溃疡，。。。后来就是胃癌晚期
