乳腺癌： 我需要一些信息

亲爱的网友：

最近查处是乳腺癌grade1, from the left breast at the 12 o'clock and 11 o'clock positions, ER test 100% positive, PR test 100% positive, will do MRI for more detailed test of the both side.

first thing I want to know: is there only surgery to take care that? or there is something other methods? How trustable are those methods? 

then, I want to know where to buy something to provide enough nutrition before and after the surgery?
