蛋蛋我一个早上就在抓耳挠腮的写年中总结。给自己写，给组员写。

对美国职场的年中，年终总结特别不理解。花了那么多时间去做。但是，和年终奖又不挂钩。就是一个无用功。这种总结还有其他功效吗？
