You can book over the phone by telling them you have the coupon

and they will chage you the coupon rate. When you arrive the gate, you will need to give them the coupon page from the book. I agree the coupon seats are very limited and only selective time slots can be used. Book as soon as you can. In Alaska, all cancellations are restricted.
