No way. It is called "hidden city ticketing" and clearly violates airline's fare rule, your remaining flights will be cancelled. It is probably OK to skip the last segment or segments of a ticket, technically the airline still has the right to track you down and charge your the difference between the fare you paid and the fare of the flight(s) you actually took, but it is highly unlikely to happen. However, if you are a frequent flyer and do it repeated, you might be caught, and it has happened before.
